Michael Martynowicz is a Vice President at Siguler Guff and is primarily involved in investment analysis, due diligence and monitoring of the Firm's credit platform, which includes special situations, distressed, and opportunistic credit strategies. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2022, Mr. Martynowicz was a Senior Associate in the Complex Credit Group at White Oak Global Advisors. In this role he assisted in underwriting new investment opportunities and helped manage a portfolio of existing distressed investments. Prior to White Oak, Mr. Martynowicz was an Associate in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at Centerview Partners. In this role he advised investors and companies on transactions across the distressed, opportunistic and special situations landscape.
Education
Mr. Martynowicz holds a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
