AJ Guff is a Senior Investment Associate at Siguler Guff and is primarily involved in investment analysis, due diligence and monitoring of the Firm's credit platform, which includes special situations, distressed, and opportunistic niche credit strategies.
Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2022, Mr. Guff was an Associate on the Leveraged Finance platform at Bank of America in New York City. In this role he was responsible for the origination, execution, and distribution of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and other credit products for corporate and private equity clients in support of LBOs, M&A transactions, recapitalizations, refinancing’s, and general corporate financing projects.
Education
Mr. Guff holds a B.A. summa cum laude in American Studies from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
