Leon Zilber is a Principal at Russia Partners, an affiliate of Siguler Guff. Mr. Zilber has extensive venture capital, corporate development and product management experience. Prior to joining Russia Partners in 2012, Mr. Zilber was a Vice President of Corporate Development at Cooley LLC, where he was actively involved in deal sourcing, portfolio management and fundraising for the firm's venture capital practice. Previously, he was a Research Analyst with Valhalla Partners and AllianceBernstein L.P. Mr. Zilber also worked as an Engagement Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting in New York, where he focused on M&A opportunities for technology companies. Mr. Zilber began his career as a Product Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where he gained product development and management experience. He is an active member of the New York startup community and is an advisor to technology startup companies at ERA Incubator, Founders Labs and the Startup Leadership Program.
Mr. Zilber holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and an M.S. in Computer Science from NTU/University of California, Berkeley. He has also completed Genesis Park, PwC's global leadership development program.
